A first-prize competition proposal for a beachfront resort on the East African coastline. Five-bedroom villas are arranged to offer generous living spaces, en-suite bedrooms and a close relationship to the beach.

The scheme explores private outdoor areas, optional pools and family annexes, with a layout that responds to the tropical setting.
